Carol Squires
Carol is the founding Partner of Source Partnership and has spent the whole of her working life in the service sector. With over 20 years experience in housing management, regeneration, rehousing and change of landlord and tenancy/lease issues. Carol personally oversees all projects and provides an interface between residents, staff and other partners. Carol has particular experience of private and public housing finance, housing management and regeneration having worked for a large building society overseeing the earliest PFIs, a RSL, a local authority and London Docklands Development Corporation.
Carol has carried out a number of wide-ranging management reviews of Councils and other organisations undergoing market testing and competitive tendering. Carol has worked as a sub-contractor to other much larger consultancies.
More recently she has supported a Regeneration Team in London to deliver a major decant programme within a Choice Based Lettings scheme. Carol has particular skills in guiding organisations through change, staff and organisational development, training, policy development and implementation.

Adrian Ashby
 
Adrian is a specialist housing consultant with a background as Chief Executive of a housing association and business manager of two highly successful management consultancies. He has wide-ranging experience of housing organisations particularly relating to finance, personnel and business planning.
Adrian has experience of monitoring and reviewing resident led organaisations and of assisting them to implement finance and governance systems. Adrian is a qualified Accounting Technician providing support to a range of organisations in order to reduce their financial vulnerability and their accountancy costs.
 
John Musson
John is a consultant with a wide housing management background with extensive experience of involving residents in service improvement and change. John has been working with Source for the last year on the Hackney Review Estates. Prior to this he was an Assistant Director, leading service improvement and organisational change in a large local authority. He has a wealth of experience including establishing Choice Based Lettings, the development of resident compacts, work on Anti-Social Behaviour at a national level via Social Landlords' Crime & Nuisance Group and he has significant track record of procurement and partnering arrangements. John has excellent training and presentation skills and enjoys working with and developing residents groups. He is currently Interim Director of Housing at South Tyneside Homes who have achieved 3 stars in their recent Audit Commission inspection.
   
 Sue Payne
 
Sue is a consultant with 19 years experience of working for a local Registered Social Landlord in East London, her skills include: supported housing, housing needs, rent restructuring and management service standards. She has extensive experience of interviewing residents in the own homes and at drop-in advice sessions.
 
Sharon Huggins
 
Sharon is part of our Support Team and has first-hand experience of a major decant programme within stock transfer in Tower Hamlets before, during and after redevelopment and transfer  Sharon contributes to advice / training events; collate all of the information gathered through estate surveys into a bespoke interrogative database. Sharon is studying for Part 3 of the ACCA qualifications and is available to assist groups with book-keeping and preparing for audit.
 
 
Elric Walkes-Hilliman
Elric has over 30 years experience of the social housing sector, encompassing Local Government, the Voluntary Sector, Housing Associations and Consultancy. An extremely effective manager shown by successes in leading staff teams of over 200 staff, delivering a housing management service to 19,000 properties, with a budget in excess of £25million. Elric was previously a partner at Source and is returning as an Associate to provide training events and support to our management reviews
