About Us

Source Partnership is an office based practice, owned and managed by Carol Squires and Adrian Ashby. There is a hierarchical management structure, which separates the operational and administrative functions of the organisation. This enables our consultants to carry out project work within budget and on time. We specialise in communications based work as well as technical management consultancy priding ourselves in creating sustainable partnerships within all our projects.

Company history

Source Partnership was formed in 1993 by Carol Squires when she saw the need for small bespoke consultancy which was independent of shareholders or central government funding. The team has extensive experience of working on tenant participation projects, from the early co-operatives and tenant involvement structures to the newest tenant management organisations.

Source Partnership was registered as an Approved Agency for the Tenant Empowerment Programme in March 1996. We have completed over 100 projects under this programme and provided training to residents, elected members, council officers and the Government Offices in each of the Regions.

We have wide experience of working with residents in other less formal structures which have enabled community development, resident involvement and excellent tenant consultation
