Source Partnership was established in 1993 and is a leading national independent consultancy specialising in advice, research, training and management reviews for public sector organisations. Most of the work undertaken by Source Partnership has involved working closely with residents and residents groups, local authorities, housing associations and government departments.
Source Partnership has a network of housing management and financial practitioners with in-depth understanding of service standards, contractual arrangements, training, corporate and private finance, PFI and the Decent Homes Standard. Source Partnership combines consultancy work with working “hands on” with clients to implement our recommendations. Our Partners have extensive experience of managing major rehousing projects within complex regeneration schemes.
| In recent years, we have gained respect as an Independent Tenants’ and Leaseholders' Advisor by working in partnerships with residents, local authorities and RSLs. Our portfolio includes working on stock transfer, land disposal and advising on redevelopment and regeneration options within local authority retained stock.
We have also acted as consultation and communications consultants on some of these projects, using a wide range of techniques to increase participation including formal meetings, door-step surveys, design exhibitions and drop-in advice sessions, Freephone, E-technology and Freepost Service and use all relevant media for communication with residents.
